Today We Released The Fat Arsed Bastard - 6.2% Alc/Vol
Our Strongest Beer Ever! Now On Tap!
Our strongest beer at 6.2% Alc/Vol & very generously hopped, this beer was not brewed
with any particular style in mind, but then a Fat Arsed Bastard never worries about style! There have been several enquiries from those who were honoured to find a beer
named after them, but there will be no royalties from the naming rights, CHEERS!
Paddy's Porter - 4.8% alc/vol - Now On Tap!
The first batch of our new un-filtered Porter is now on tap. This could be my
favourite "breakfast beer" yet! Rich dark flavors set this Porter
apart from other dark ales.
Paddy's Old Regret Strong Ale - 5.8% Alc/Vol
This is a strong Dark Ale. Rich mahogany colored strong dark ale with tints of toffee
and raisin, blackcurrant dryness. English grown Goldings hops lend a distinctly
floral hop flavor in the background. Perfect for enjoying by the fire place.
If you liked the Chocolate Porter you will love The Old Regret!
Paddy's Award Winning Pilsener - 4.8% Alc/Vol
Locally grown Pilsner malts along with 3 additions of Czech grown Saaz hops,
create a bouquet of malt and floral, spicy hop aromas, low fermentation temperatures
and an extended lagering period result in a true Bohemian style Pilsner. Paddy's Pilsner
was the only Australian made Draught Lager to pick up a gold medal at the 2009 AIBA.
Paddy's Pale Ale - 4.6% Alc/Vol
Paddy's Pale Ale is all about big zesty cascade hop flavors, full malt
characteristics with a crisp finish on the palate.
Paddy's IPA Indian Pale Ale - 4.8% Alc/Vol
Robust malt characteristics are needed to balance this highly hopped ale,
with earthy floral aromas of the UK grown Fuggles Hops.
Paddy's Porter - 4.8% Alc/Vol
Rich dark flavors set this award winning Porter apart from other dark beers.
The Ginja Ninja - 4.8% Alc/VolSummer Seasonal
Our Summer seasonal for 2010 is The Ginja Ninja Ginger Beer.
Paddy's Unleaded - 2.9% Alc/Vol
Light on alcohol, but still big on flavor. This is a real beer drinkers light beer.

Premium Hand Crafted Natural Malt Beers Since 2001
Brewers have traditionally seen beer as a natural organic libation, and the fewer
things that are added to it-above grains, hops, yeast and water-the better.
